This site is a tribute to Gerry Hollywood.   A much loved Husband, Dad, Grandad and talented songwriter from Glasgow. 

It's only fitting that a life lived so selflessly, continues to contribute so much for others.   Gerry's family have decided to give something back and hope that you will join us in his memory, to provide a legacy. 

Gerry was sadly unable to overcome a devastating lung condition called Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis.   Unfortunately the medical profession are not yet able to identify a successful treatment and know little about it.  The British Lung Foundation are working hard in this field through research and support.  

Through this fund, we hope to raise much needed cash through donations and fundraising, with the proceeds going to the vital research work of the British Lung Foundation.  We are only in the early stages of this and would welcome support from anyone who would like to get involved with ideas.  
  
We hope that in time, this tribute will serve as a worthy memorial to a selfless man whilst giving much needed support to others.
